These are the Terms and Conditions of JAPAN STAION online store (referred to as "we" or "us").

By purchasing any products and using www.japanstation.uk (“the Website”), you acknowledge that you have read, and agree to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Availability & Changes All items are subject to availability. Details on the website, including prices and specifications, are subject to change without notice. If your order is affected by any changes, we will notify you after receiving your order. You will then have the option to cancel or amend your order.

If payment has been charged and you cancel your order, we will issue a refund (upon return of the goods where applicable). VAT is included at the applicable rate as of your order date. All dimensions are approximate.

Payment & Orders Payment must be made when placing your order. Orders will only be accepted upon receipt of cleared funds. We are not obligated to accept your order (even if confirmed and the payment card has been charged) and we reserve the right to refuse any order.

Intellectual Property All intellectual property in the products and/or the website, including website design, text, and graphics, belongs to JAPAN STATION online store.

Returns Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received by the buyer.

Risk & Liability Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss after this point. Our liability in connection with products purchased on our website, an order, or your use of the website is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for any special, indirect, or consequential loss, cost, damage, or expense.

We shall not be liable for any loss of profit, business, goodwill, anticipated revenue or savings, contract, or use, or for any special, consequential, indirect, or economic loss, costs, damages, charges, or expenses.

Warranties Except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all warranties, conditions, or representations implied by statute or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Severability If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, it will be severed from the rest of these Terms and Conditions, which will remain unaffected.

Waiver If we fail to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the contract or these terms, or if we fail to exercise any rights or remedies, this does not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and does not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. A waiver by us of any default does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.

Third-Party Rights A person who is not a party to the contract for the supply of goods is not entitled to enforce any of its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Governing Law These terms and conditions and the contract for the supply of goods are subject to the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
